Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or clients who do not show up for their appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. 3. Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes situations are unavoidable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to find another suitable time for you within the same week, without incurring any additional charges. 4. Emergency Situations: In case of a genuine emergency that prevents you from giving 24 hours notice, please let us know as soon as possible. We consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee. 5. Multiple Cancellations: Clients who have a history of multiple short-notice cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. 6.
